Der eine mag gern Pfefferminz, der andere liebt exotisch gewürztes Hackfleisch. Gut, dass die arabische Küche beides zugleich erlaubt.

Ich esse wahnsinnig gern Tartar. Bloederweise gibt's das selten im Single-Format. Also bleibt meist genug uebrig fuer leckere Fleischpflanzerl. Die sind auf Dauer aber auch langweilig, wenn sie immer nach derselben Art zubereitet werden. Also haben wir heute die Reste des italienischen Brunch mitverpflanzerlt.

Alles neu macht der Maerz oder warum kochen wir ploetzlich auf Deutsch?

Wer kennt nicht das Gefuehl, selbst im Maerz noch satt von der Weihnachtsgans zu sein? Dagegen helfen nur Disziplin und mehrfach ungesaettigte Fettsaeuren...

A couple of days ago my significant other had the idea of real free-spirited muffins. I guess, the idea works as well for a soup.

Like almost everybody on earth we love Pancakes. By accident we found a recipe for Buttermilk Pancakes. All good as ist get's? It get's better!

What to do with leftovers of bread? Feed the ducks? Makes sense during hunting season. But it's not good for the ducks anyways. Why not make chips? Fits in soups as well as for an evening in front of the TV.
